Terms of Service

Last updated: June 13, 2026

These terms form an agreement between you and Omar Kawach, the United States-based operator of Sardrobe ("Sardrobe," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your use of sardrobe.com and the Sardrobe app. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Sardrobe.

The service

Sardrobe is a private digital wardrobe that lets you upload photos of your clothes, organize them, create outfits, and prepare packing plans. Background removal is performed in your browser before a finished cutout is saved. We may add, change, limit, or remove features over time.

Eligibility and your account

  • You sign in with Google and are responsible for your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Sardrobe.
  • If you have not reached the age of legal majority where you live, you may use Sardrobe only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
  • Keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account and must tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised.

Your content

The photos and information you add to Sardrobe are yours. You keep all rights to your content. You grant us only the limited permission needed to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, and display it to operate, secure, and support the service. This permission is worldwide, non-exclusive, and royalty-free, and it ends when the content is deleted except for limited provider backups, security records, or legal obligations described in the Privacy Policy.

You're responsible for what you upload, and you confirm you have the right to upload it and allow us to process it as described above.

WebMCP tools and connected agents

On the signed-in app page, Sardrobe exposes WebMCP tools. You may enable Sardrobe's optional local relay for the current tab to make those tools available to an MCP-capable desktop or coding agent. The tools can read wardrobe data, images, import drafts, outfits, and packing plans, and can create, edit, submit, discard, or permanently delete content through your authenticated browser session.

The relay is off until you enable it for the current tab, and disabling it stops the relay connection.

Agent calls use the same authentication, ownership checks, validation, rate limits, and other safeguards as actions taken through the interface. Some destructive operations require a confirm: true tool parameter. That parameter is a technical safeguard, not a promise that your agent will display a confirmation prompt; your chosen agent client controls its approval experience.

You are responsible for the agents, relay software, model providers, permissions, and instructions you choose. Actions they take through your account are treated as actions authorized by you. Review their privacy and security terms, grant only the access you intend, and disable or disconnect them when you no longer want access. Sardrobe does not control data after you direct it to a third-party agent or model provider.

Acceptable use

When using Sardrobe, you agree not to:

  • Break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
  • Upload malicious, harmful, or illegal content.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the hosted service or other users' data, except to the extent a restriction on reverse engineering is prohibited by law.
  • Misuse the service in a way that harms Sardrobe or other people.
  • Use automated tools in a way that exceeds documented limits, bypasses safeguards, or unreasonably burdens the service.

Third-party services and links

Sardrobe relies on services such as Google, Cloudflare, Better Auth Infrastructure, and Sentry. Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. External links, including Buy Me a Coffee, take you to services we do not control. Sardrobe is not responsible for third-party services, content, availability, or data practices.

Sardrobe materials

Other than your content and third-party materials, the service's branding, design, text, software, and other materials are protected by intellectual property laws and are owned by Sardrobe's operator or licensors. These terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the service as intended. Open-source components remain governed by their stated licenses.

Deletion and termination

You can stop using Sardrobe at any time. You can also permanently delete your account from the account menu. After a successful request, your active account, wardrobe items, outfits, packing plans, and stored cutouts are removed and cannot be restored through Sardrobe. Limited recovery copies and security, authentication, or diagnostic records may remain for the periods described in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create security or legal risk, or misuse the service. Where practical, we will give notice, but we may act immediately when reasonably necessary to protect the service or others. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

Availability and warranties

We work to keep Sardrobe running, but we can't guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available," without express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Please keep your own copies of photos or information that matter to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sardrobe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits, goodwill, or opportunities, arising from the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Sardrobe's operator from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful content, your misuse of the service, or your material violation of these terms. This does not require you to indemnify us for our own unlawful conduct.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice where appropriate. Continuing to use Sardrobe after the updated terms take effect means you accept them.

General terms

These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Sardrobe concerning the service. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition, or sale of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the U.S. state in which Sardrobe's operator is principally located, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the mandatory law of your location provides otherwise.
